ATTS Vietnam engineers (Autotech) joined the professional team commissioning robot systems at SDV factory
About 100 engineers of ATTS Vietnam (Autotech), Samsung Autotech Machinery, PDT, AP system, Toptec, and Langkun created an elite team of technicians to support the operation of manufacturing lines with thousands of robots and equipment.
Behind the modern production line are many elite engineers and programmers.
ATTS Vietnam (Autotech) has provided services of robot programming and commissioning, PLC programming and commissioning, data acquisition, production support and upgrading, follow-up and troubleshooting.
Besides, ATTS engineers also set up highly flexible loading/unloading system for SDV. Specifically, we have programmed and monitored 140 Lami loaders, 20 Assy loaders, and 22 UV loaders. All are designed with high flexibility and easy to re-program if required. This system has the function of loading items from trays or conveyors into CNC machines, inspecting or assembling, using 6-axis robot with vision system, locating and selecting products correctly, connecting to the server of the whole factory to receive and transmit information related to each product.
ATTS Vietnam’s output quality control solution aims at improving product quality
ATTS engineers work hard towards improving the output quality control stage for SDV.
In a production line, output quality control is the most important and the last step before the product is put on the market. Technology giants such as electronics businesses are always at the forefront of automating this process by using OQC (Output Quality Control) systems.
ATTS Vietnam (Autotech) has successfully commissioned, programmed, upgraded, and troubleshot 140 OQC robots. This system enables SDV to inspect, sort, and unload items into a tray or conveyor to move on to the next stage, collect and transmit data, ensure output standards and minimize the number of substandard products.
